I. Homeowner Comments - All Homeowners in good standing who are requesting to speak prior to the Facilities/Landscape Meeting being called to order must first sign in.
1. If you wish to address the committee on an item not listed on the attached agenda, please indicate the topic in the appropriate column on the sign-in sheet.
2. If you wish to address the committee on an item that is listed on this agenda, please indicate in the appropriate column and you will be called on to provide a brief comment before the committee votes.

II. Call to Order – Tom DeFeo, Chair
Confirm Quorum - One half (1/2) of the number of the members then serving shall constitute a quorum at a meeting of the Landscape/Facilities Committee.
There are Seven (7) Members on the Westbrook Village Landscape Committee at this time; four (4) Members must be present to meet quorum requirements.
