  • Administration office drop box is located to the left of the front door, staff e-mail address’ available on our website

Your patience is greatly appreciated,

Westbrook Village Association Facilities
UPDATE

The Westbrook Village Association Board of Directors met electronically on May 6, 2020 and updated the facilities closure as follows;

The Board unanimously voted to KEEP CLOSED all common area buildings, pools and spas in Westbrook Village. These closures will exist until at least May 20, 2020 when the Board will call an emergency meeting, if needed. This action was taken very seriously and in compliance with the Governors Executive Order. The Governor and Mayor are expected to release information on guidelines to re-opening pools, gyms and common area facilities on Friday May 15, 2020.

The health of our residents and staff continues to be our top priority. Reopening is not an all-or-nothing tactic, and it is crucial for our community to follow government guidelines at the local, state, and federal level before relaxing the closures.

Thank you for your patience during this very difficult time for all of us.

Westbrook Village Association UPDATE

On Sunday April 12 2020 the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) released updated information on reported Covid-19 cases for the state.

When searching by zip code we were all surprised that we are one of the highest reported case zip codes in the state.

Below are some facts about the data released;

  • Zip Code 85382 is home to 44,459people (data by ZipCodes.com)
  • Westbrook Village is home to approximately 7,000people
  • Westbrook Village is 16%of Zip Code 85382
  • 5382 is comprised of numerous Care Facilities, some of which have been struck by the Covid-19 virus.
  • Proper address reporting continues to be a concern. The Governor’s Office has been asked to work on more accurate data. The City of Peoria is working diligently on this matter.
  • To date, NO positive cases have been reported to the Westbrook Village HOA.
  • Please continue to follow the Center for Disease Control protocol – wash your hands, wear a mask and stay home if not well.

Scammers are taking advantage of fears surrounding the Coronavirus.

Avoid Coronavirus Scams

Here are some tips to help you keep the scammers at bay:

  • Hang up on robocalls. Don’t press any numbers. Scammers are using illegal robocallsto pitch everything from scam Coronavirus treatments to work-at-home schemes. The recording might say that pressing a number will let you speak to a live operator or remove you from their call list, but it might lead to more robocalls, instead.
  • Ignore online offers for vaccinations and home test kits. Scammers are trying to get you to buy products that aren’t proven to treat or prevent the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) — online or in stores. At this time, there also are no FDA-authorized home test kits for the Coronavirus. Visit the FDAto learn more.
  • Fact-check information. Scammers, and sometimes well-meaning people, share information that hasn’t been verified. Before you pass on any messages, contact trusted sources. Visit What the U.S. Government is Doingfor links to federal, state and local government agencies.
  • Know who you’re buying from. Online sellersmay claim to have in-demand products, like cleaning, household, and health and medical supplies when, in fact, they don’t.
  • Don’t respond to texts and emails about checks from the government. The details are still being worked out. Anyone who tells you they can get you the money now is a scammer.
  • Don’t click on links from sources you don’t know. They could download viruses onto your computer or device.
  • Watch for emails claiming to be from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or experts saying they have information about the virus. For the most up-to-date information about the Coronavirus, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
  • Do your homework when it comes to donations, whether through charitiesor crowdfunding sites. Don’t let anyone rush you into making a donation. If someone wants donations in cash, by gift card, or by wiring money, don’t do it.

Westbrook Village Residents,

Thank you for your patience during this terribly difficult situation we are all facing. Your requests have been heard. “We need to access our lockers to get personal belongings from the facilities”.

Please minimize social groupings to keep everyone safe.
